This policy explains what Florida Roof Price (“we,” “us”) collects through floridaroofprice.com, how we use it, and who we share it with.

- Address lookups. The address you enter to measure a roof, and the roof data and county we return. You do not need to give contact details to see an estimate.
- Quote requests. If you ask for quotes: your name, phone, email, property address, project details you choose to share, and your consent choice.
- Consent records. The exact consent text shown, the time you agreed, the page you were on, and your browser’s user agent.
- Device and usage data. Standard information such as browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting and analytics providers.
How we use it
- To measure your roof and show price ranges.
- To send your quote request to roofing contractors who serve your county.
- To contact you about your request.
- To prevent fraud and duplicate requests, and to improve the site.
Who we share it with
- Roofing contractors. When you request quotes and give consent, we share your request with no more than three contractors listed on our Partners page that serve your area. Contractors may pay us for these referrals. Each contractor uses your information under its own privacy practices.
- Service providers that host the site, provide maps and roof data, store records and send email, only as needed to run the service.
- Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your information to data brokers or share it with businesses outside home improvement for their own marketing.
Calls and texts
You can opt out of texts from us or any partner by replying STOP. You can ask us to stop all contact and to tell our partners to stop by emailing hello@floridaroofprice.com.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@floridaroofprice.com. We may keep consent records as long as needed to show compliance with telemarketing laws.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards and keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
